Our health insurance plan includes Medical, Dental, Prescription, and Vision coverage all for the biweekly rates below:
- $25.00 Employee only coverage
- $95.00 Employee plus 1 dependent
- $145.00 Employee plus 2 or more dependents
Life Insurance
METALfx provides a life insurance policy that is worth the annual base salary/wage plus $10,000.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
401k is offered at the first of the month after three months of service METALfx provides a safe harbor match of up to 4%. You are 100% vested immediately and you may direct your money into as many as 21 investment accounts.
Vacation
During the first year of employment employees accrue 3.35 hours/month, which equals 40 hours. Beginning with month 13 of employment the accrual doubles to 6.7 hours/month or 80 hours a years. After 5 years of employment the accrual increases by 8 hours each year until it reaches 128 hours/year.
Holiday Pay
We have eight paid holidays each year.
Sick Leave
Hourly employees receive 3 days or 24 hours lump sum annually. Salaried employees accrued at 3.35 hours per month.
